I Claim My Power Back!

Have you been around people, places and upon returning home you feel drained, completely depleted and sleepy? If so, you might have given your power away or drained by an energy vampire.

As an empath, I am highly sensitive to my surroundings and have become selective with my social circles, to the music and podcast I listen, to the food I consume, the movies I see and the restaurants I go to. I make choices that serves freedom, joy, peace and healing. I live in awareness, am awake and mindful to protect my space and well being.

If you’re on a journey of healing, it is recommended to practice mindfulness, become conscious and aware on daily, hourly, and if not minute by minute basis to energies and frequencies that can misalign you out of centre. Cleansing, clearing, rebalancing every evening is advised through practices such as showering, smudging, mediating, grounding, praying and candle cleansing.

One effective healing modality is calling back your power inspired by Artist, Joy & Soul –  this means of healing retrieves back your fragment self especially when we give our energy away unconsciously, we are victimized, or taken advantage of, when we over-give out of a sense of deficiency or obligation, we constrict, we get depleted, we start to stiffen from fear. I generally use this command after a massage, every night before bed, after catching up with a friends, after a quarrel with my partner or colleague, and in shadow work.

Before performing this spell, know that; all things are possible and the universe is not bound by the limitations of space and time. Anything out of alignment is to be brought back to centre as you are a child of sovereignty, born holy and are divine wholeness.

What you will need:

Effective day to perform the spell: 

Anytime of the week, any hour

Call in light, love and healing in the space. Call in your Angels, St Michael, Guides, God for guidance and protection. State your intention of this ritual. Prayer or read the song of songs from the bible.

Think of the person or situation where you have been drained, or given your power away.

Say;

I call my power back to me, from every person, place, entity 

From every space, portal, time and dimension

From every connection, attachment and vessel where I left it 

Anyone and anything that is attempting to siphon my energy 

You DO NOT have my consent to use my vitality and I call my power back I now release that which is not my own 

I lay down the weight that doesn’t belong to me as well as the weight that does 

I forgive all things, all people and all others. I forgive myself 

I cloak myself in a bright light of protection – impenetrable 

I return back all my energies back to my highest self where it by purified and returned back into my being. 

I call all of my power back to me now! 

I am whole and complete. 

“so mote it be, so harm me non”  (this closes the prayer, and protect self from harm)

Sit quietly and allow the energy to dispel from your mind and give thanks to the Universe.
